EPIC Impact Society is a not-for-profit community of international professionals from a cross-pollination of industries, who catalyze creativity and innovation to empower transformation.
Four Core society pillars are based on strategic experiential learning summits, with a pause from technology to focus on ingenuity, and expanding community engagement through through facilitating free workshops to benefit individuals, organizations, municipalities and social impact charities with actionable solutions for an array of challenges.

Innovative Solutions
for
SOCIAL IMPACT
EPIC Impact Projects are designed to provide beneficial organizational support to selected charities and municipalities. Collaborative creativity workshops and innovative methodologies are formulated to fully engage participants to foster innovative solutions for a wide array of organizational challenges and reveal strategic resolutions poised to ignite action and increase productivity. The customized projects are crafted by the society team and affiliates who are serving with intent to directly benefit the organizations and to equip their teams with tools to continue fostering greater creativity and innovation.
2020 IMPACT PROJECT
The EPIC team and Strategic Play Group, Ltd. joined together to facilitate a project for United Way/Home for Good. During this project the participants were highly engaged in a day filled with building creative solutions to tackle homelessness issues in Santa Barbara County, using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methods. By using this 3D thinking approach, innovative ideas emerged with an action plan.
2019 IMPACT PROJECT
School On Wheels provides free tutoring, mentoring and school supplies to children from kindergarten through twelfth grade, living in shelters, motels, vehicles, group foster homes, and the streets of Southern California. The EPIC team guided participating staff members through creative problem-solving techniques to help identify new areas of breakthrough in working with their volunteers. Participants were able to learn and share how they each uniquely approach problem solving and how understanding this can improve team dynamics.
EPIC produced a promo that was screened live at the 2019 EPIC Innovation Awards where the charity was honored with the EPIC Educator Award
